We offer a 100% refund only if the item is returned in its original condition, undamaged, and unused. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We only accept a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package reaches us safely. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your order was sent with free shipping.

Refund Process:

Please note that original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs cannot be refunded as they are necessary for processing and delivering your order.

In case your return was purchased in a currency different from your local currency, rest assured that refunds will be processed in the same currency. However, due to fluctuations in currency rates, the refunded amount may slightly vary than the price you initially paid.
